关于胆红素中促胆素检出方法的探讨

摘　　要：本文作者对胆红素中促胆素(含苯肼)及分解产物的检出方法和最低检出量作了研究,结果表明用本文化学分析方法对苯肼、苯胺、苯酚的最低检出灵敏度均为1μg;对胆红素中苯肼及分解产物苯胺、苯酚的检出灵敏度分别为5μg、1μg、5μg;用高效液相色谱法检出灵敏度均为0.5μg。此方法能检出胆红素中残留的促胆素及代谢物。且研究所用的洗脱液可洗去胆红素中残留的促胆素和代谢物至检出灵敏度以下。The author of this article does some vesearch work on the ways of cudansu in dangongsu (containg phenglhydrazine)ed analysing products and thedetection limits. The result shows thatby applying chemical analysing methodsused in this article, the maxinum date-ction sensibilities of phenyl hydrazine,aniline, phenosalyl are 1μg, and the sne-sibilities of phenyl hydrazine and phenos-alyl in dangonsu are separtely 1μg, 5μg.By using HPLC, the checking result se-nsibilty is 0.5μg. This method can alsocheck out the remainsed cudansu andmetabolite in dangongsu. The extractionused in research can wash off the rema-ined cudansu and metabolite to the deg-ree under the checking sehsibilities.
