摘  要:目的 了解某塑料行业建设项目职业病危害因素分布状况 ,探讨其防护对策和管理措施。方法 参考、类比现有装置毒物、噪声、粉尘、高温等数据进行分析和作业分级 ,在综合分析的基础上 ,完成扩建工程职业病危害预评价。结果 本项目可能产生的主要职业病危害因素有毒物 (包括丙烯腈、苯、甲苯、苯乙烯、苯酚等 )、粉尘、噪声和高温。在正常生产条件下 ,作业区域有毒作业、粉尘作业分级为 0级 (安全作业 ) ;大部分作业点噪声作业分级为 0级 ,仅挤出机旁的噪声作业分级为Ⅰ级 (轻度危害 ) ;挤出机点夏天气温超过夏季温度控制标准 ,其他测点温度、湿度均符合卫生标准。该工程具备较完善的职业病危害防护设施和措施。结论 该工程属于严重职业病危害的建设项目 ,经采取职业病危害因素防护措施 ,可使发生职业病的危险度降到最小 。Objective To find out occupational hazards in a plastic enterprise and study the preventive measures and management. Methods The analogical reasoning method through data on toxicants, noise, dust and high temperature was applied to complete the pre assessment report. Results The major occupational disease hazards were chemical toxicants (including acrylonitrile, benzene, toluene, styrene, phenol, etc.), dust, noise and heat stress in the enterprise. Under normal working conditions, all operations in toxicant exposed and dust exposed workplaces could be classified as zero (safe operation), and most of noise exposed workplaces was zero too, except some places near the extrusion machines were Ⅰ(low harm). The temperature and humidity in workplace measured up to the summer controlling criterion except for points near the extrusion machine. Conclusion The project was a serious occupational harmful project, but with adequate preventive measures, the risk of occupational disease could be minimized to the lowest.
