PLS-紫外分光光度法同时快速测定增效联磺片中三组分含量

摘　　要：本文应用偏最小二乘法(PLS)测定了增效联磺片中SMZ,SD和TMP的含量。同时提出了一种新的溶剂系统。所得三组分的平均回收率分别为99.47±0.81%、100.84±0.73%和99.49±0.74%(置位度95%)。与常规湿化学法相比,PLS法的运行时间短,结果可靠,尤其适用于批量处理。A new multivariate ca-libration method- partial least squaresmethod (PLS) superior to other multiva-riate statistical methods in performanceis described in this paper. The contentsof sulfamathoxazole (SMZ), sulphadiaz-ine (SD) and trimethoprim (TMP) in tr-imethoprim and sulphamethoxazole com-A new kind of solvent system was stu-died in the mean time. The average re-covery ratio of the three componeuts are99.47±0.81%, 100.84±0.73% and 99.49±0.74% (confidence 95%) respectively.PLS has shorter operating time, moreaccurate and reliable results and is esp-ecially applicable to processing samplesin batches.
