不同品种一品红愈伤组织诱导能力初步研究

摘　　要：以MS为基本培养基、一品红花序轴为外植体,通过不同植物生长调节剂,诱导不同品种愈伤组织的发生。结果表明一品红不同品种对培养基中不同植物生长调节剂的浓度及其组合的反应不一,同一品种在不同浓度的植物生长调节剂的培养基上以及不同品种在相同浓度植物生长调节剂的培养基上培养时,愈伤组织的诱导率差异较大,从而筛选出适合一品红不同品种花序轴愈伤组织诱导的配方。The Inflorescence axis of different varieties Euphorbia pulcherrima were used as explants to induce callus proliferation. The explants were cultured on agar MS basal media supplemented with different kinds and different concentrations of hormones to induce and regulate callus growing. The results indicated that different varieties respond to various medium differently, that the callus inducing rate of same variety had many differences when explants were cultured on the different media. Therefore, the media were selected which were suitable for each variety inducing callus.
