摘 要:目的 :不经分离同时测定安痛定片剂中三组分的含量。方法 :以褶合光谱为基础 ,结合当前最优秀的数值计算法——偏最小二乘法 (PL S法 )利用计算机信息处理技术的褶合曲线分析法。结果 :安痛定片剂中非那西丁、氨基比林和苯巴比妥三组分的平均回收率及相对标准偏差 (RSD)分别为 99.73% ,0 .84 % ;99.35 % ,0 .73% ;10 0 .3% ,1.85 %。结论Objective: To simultaneously determine three main components in the compound Antongding tablet without any separation. Methods: Based on convolution spectrometry together with the excellent caculation method-PLS method we used convolution spectrometry of computer information process technology. Results:The components of compound children's Phenobarbital tablet were Aspirin Phenacetin Caffine and Phenobarbital .Their average recycle rates and RSD are 99.73%,0.84%;99.35%,0.73%;100.3%,1.85%.Conclusion: The method is used for qualitative control of compound Antongding tablet.
