摘 要:本文报道腹腔注射0.33、1.0和3.0mg/kg V_2O_5对Wistar大鼠所致的发育毒性。结果显示,在有或无明显母体毒性时,钒均可诱致畸形等发育毒性,并有一定的剂量—反应关系。综合目前对钒的研究结果,作者认为钒的致畸等发育毒性在大、小鼠间存在种属差异;钒对胚胎/胎鼠具有一定的直接作用或“双重”作用。Timed-pregnant Wistar ratswere injected intraperitoneally with V_2O_5at 0.33, 1.0 and 3.0mg/kg/day on days 6-15of gestation. Maternal toxic symptoms,decreased of weight gain during treatmentand placenta weight, increased incidenceof embryo-fetus mortality and external orskeletal malformation and fetal growthretardation were observed in the 3.0mg/kggroup. Increased incidence of embryo-fetus mortality and external or skeletalmalformation, delayed ossification of boneand decreased placenta weight were ob-served in the 1.0mg/kg group. These resultsindicate that V_2O_5 is a developmentaltoxicant with or without obvious maternaltoxicity in Wister rats. Although vanadium can be accumulated in placenta, it could passed through placenta.In this study, vanadium could induce a de-crease of placenta weight without obviousmaternal toxicity, and an A/D ratio of 3 wasnoted. These results suggest that vanadiummay exert a direct effect on embryo-fetuesor a'double effect' on the placenta functionand embryo-fetus both. It has been report-ed that vanadium does not increase mal for-mation in NIN, Kunming, Swiss. NMRImice or Syrian golden hamster. The dose forinducing developmental toxicity of vana-dium in mice is higher than that in rats.This suggests that rats be more sensitivethan mice to the developmental toxicityof vanadium.
