摘　　要：作者用PAGIF(pH范围为4.2～4.9)分离人精浆中的GC蛋白,然后用醋酸纤维素薄膜免疫印迹,再用ELISA法显示GC蛋白带的位置,成功地测定了全部17例正常男性自愿者精斑的GC亚型。本法较简便可靠,有推广应用的价值。The group-specific compo-nent(GC)is an α_2 globulin with high gene-tic polymorphism in serum. There is alsoa little amount of GC in human semen.Pflug and Potsch-Schneider independentlycarried out GC subtyping of human semenstain with immobilized pH gradient gelisoelectric focusing (IPGIF) followed byELISA in 1988. We report a new methodthere to subtype GC in human semenstains. First. the GC globulin was sepa-rated by polyacrylamide gel isoelectricfocusing with pH 4. 2-4. 9 Pharmalyte. Then,it was immunoblotted to cellulose aceatatemembrance. Finally, the protein bands wereshown by ELISA using horeseradish pero-xidase-linked secondary antibody system.All the 17 semen stains of volunteers weresubtyped successfully. This method is easyto learn and convenient for applying in casework.
