摘　　要：20世纪90年代,金融混业经营在西方国家重新取得主导地位。但是,与20世纪30年代以前20相比,这次金融混业经营在组织形式、技术基础、市场环境、金融监管等方面已发生显著变化。正确认识金融混业经营的条件约束,是我国金融业稳步走向混业首先要探讨的理论问题。Since 1990s integrated finance operation has regained its predominant role in the western countries. However in comparison with its occurrence in 1930s this time there are marked changes in its organizational form technological basis market environment and financial supervision. For this reason in order to push our banking industry onto the road of integrated operation steadily the primary theoretical issue for our discussion actually rests on a clear recognition of the constraint conditions for integrated finance operation.
