牙科用Y-TZP增韧生物微晶玻璃材料的工艺研究

摘　　要：以CaO Al2O3 SiO2微晶玻璃组成的系统为基础,进行了生物微晶玻璃/Y TZP复合材料的研究。借助于DTA、XRD等分析方法和手段,确定了氧化锆复合微晶玻璃热处理制度及物相组成,并测试了复合材料的体积质量 莫氏硬度、化学稳定性等理化性能。In this paper, the compositions of zirconia-toughened bioglass-ceramics on the CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 system have been studied. The system of heat treatment and the crystallize phase of the compositions were analyzed by DTA,XRD and SEM. Besides, the bulk density, rigidity and chemical stability of the compositions were tested.
