摘　　要：对近代武汉历史建筑及其住宅人居环境保护与更新改造意义进行阐述,在课题论证、实际调查和分析的基础上归纳出近代武汉历史建筑及住宅内外环境的风貌特色,并结合具体的改造工程设计项目实践提出了对其进行保护与重构设计的基本方法。This article has expounded the modern historical building and human settlements environmental protection of the house and exposition of renovating the meaning of Wuhan, summing up the characteristics of style and features of the modern historical building of Wuhan and internal and external environment of house on the basis of proof investigation and analysis through the subject.combined with transforming engineering design practice project, the basic method for protecting and resconstructing has been put forward concrete .
