摘　　要：空灵、大气是武汉的总体风貌,兼容并蓄、异彩纷呈、历史文化意蕴丰厚是里分的汉味特色。里分住宅的设计建造具有兼容性和多样性、人文性和科学性以及浓郁的亲和性、闹中取静,冬暖夏凉,适合人居住。同时,它又是武汉历史的见证,富有商业文化、中西文化、市井文化以及革命文化多元意蕴,具有独特的汉派风味。Empty fairy atmosphere is overall style and features of Wuhan.All-embracing , appear by radiant splendour and historical implication constitute Chinese flavor characteristics.The dwelling houses have compatibility and variety, humanity and scientific and affinity, quiet spot in a noisy neighborhood, cool in summer and warm in winter, suitable for people to live in. Meanwhile, it is the witness of history in Wuhan, rich in the commercial culture , Chinese and Western culture , citizen's culture and revolutionary plural purpose of culture to accumulate , with unique Han style.
