菜粉蝶颗粒体病毒对菜青虫细胞系的感染

摘　　要：用感染菜粉蝶颗粒体病毒的菜青虫血淋巴作为病毒接种物,感染菜青虫(pieris rapaepr)细胞系,结果发现,光镜下,pr细胞发生明显病变,细胞聚集成团,细胞核膨大,细胞质膜模糊,质中颗粒增多,电镜切片观察发现,感染6天后的pr细胞质中,有许多pr GV蒴状体,病毒粒子以及正在包埋的颗粒体,细胞中颗粒体呈椭园形。其大小约为400×250nm,颗粒体中包含一个病毒粒子,大小约为200×50mm,还有一些畸形颗粒体,呈方形。We employed the infected larvae hemolymph as inoculum, challenged to pieris rapae cell. (Pr cell) First, Pr cell showed obvious cytopathic effects. They stretched pseudopodia, linked each other and clustered. Lateriy, the unclei of infected cells underwent swelled, the cytoplasm menbrance became vague and the granular increased in cytoplasm under light microscope.Electron microscope showed a number of Pr GV capsules, virions and inclusions being occluded in the cytoplasm of Pr cell. Longitudinal section of mature capsules are oval with a size of ca 400×250 nm containing a virion which is ca 200×50 nm in centre. Some abnormal capsules also have been found in Pr cell, their size were different from normal capsules.
