摘　　要：介绍了清华大学图书馆几年来学科馆员的工作实践,并在此基础上讨论了网络环境 下学科馆员职责的深化与发展。The subject librarians are responsible for answering reference questions, providing subject literature for faculty, promoting e-resources and related services, involving in user education, developing web guides to e-resources by subject, and organizing library's web page. This article introduces the Tsinghua University Library's experience and discusses the extended roles of subject librarians in network environment.
