摘　　要：对出厂前曾经固溶化处理的 0Cr18Ni10Ti压力容器封头表面出现的点状或短线状缺陷 ,表现为裂纹 ,进行了扫描电镜观察和金相观察 ,证实聚集的夹渣和碳化钛是产生封头表面缺陷的主要原因 ,阐述了碳化钛是在炼钢时产生的 ,对材料的抗晶间腐蚀能力不会有明显影响。For 0Cr18No10Ti heads that have been applied solution annealing before ex-works carried out scanning electrical microscope observation and metallographic observation of point or short line shape defection (cracks) on heads' surface. Confirmed that the cause of heads' surface defects is gathering sediment and Titanium Carbon. For the Titanium Carbon is produced during steel making, and have no evident influence on inter granular corrosion resistant ability.
