摘 要:目的探讨中国汉族妇女雌激素受体(ER)等位基因多态性与骨关节炎(OA)的关系.方法55例女性OA患者和176名健康妇女雌激素受体等位基因PvuⅡ和XbaⅠ采用聚合酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)分析.结果55例患者中XX,Xx和xx的频率分布分别为0.182、0.436和0.382;在176名对照组分别为0.307、0.466和0.227,两组差异具有显著性(x2=6.23,P<0.05).OA组的体重、体重指数(BMI)和股骨骨密度(BMD)明显高于对照组(P<0.05).ER基因型xx是骨关节炎明显的危险因素(比值比为2.1,95%可信区间为1.11~3.99,P=0.05).结论携带ER等位基因xx基因型患者比XX基因型患者容易患OA.Objective To understand the association between estrogen receptor gene polymorphisms and osteoarthritis (OA) in Chinese Han women. Methods PvuⅡ and XbaⅠ polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphisms (PCR-RFLP) were used to analyzed estrogen receptor (ER) gene in 55 female patients with OA and 176 healthy nomal women. Results The frequency distributions of XX, Xx and xx were 0.182, 0.436 and 0.382 respectively in 55 patients, and 0.307, 0.466 and 0.227 in 176 controls. There was significant difference (?字2=6.23, P<0.05). Compared to control group, the body weight, BMI and femoral bone mineral density (BMD) were significantly higher (P<0.05) in OA group. Estrogen receptor genotype xx was a significant risk factor for OA(odds ratio 2.1, 95% confidence interval 1.11~3.99, P=0.024). Conclusion Chinese Han women with estrogen receptor genotype xx allele are more susceptible to OA than patients with XX allele.
