摘 要:用苜蓿银纹夜蛾核多角体病毒(AcMNPV)和芹菜夜蛾核多角体病毒(SfaMNPV)感染甜菜夜蛾(Laphgma exigua)血细胞系Le-H-HNPU_7,通过光镜和电镜技术证实,该细胞系对这两种NPV都很敏感,病毒在细胞中的发生呈现出典型的NPV病理发展过程。电镜下可以见到受染细胞核中病毒发生基质、病毒粒子和多角体。其病毒形态大小分别是:AcMNPV病毒粒子为27.8±1.83×214.4±33.5nm,多角体为1.82±0.35μm,多角体蛋白质晶格为60.7A;SfaMNPV病毒粒子为38.1±2.09×306±14.5nm,多角体为1.45+0.1μ,多角体蛋白质晶格为70A。The hemocyte cell line, Le-H-HNU_7, of beet armyworm (Laphygma exigua) was Susceptible to Autographa californica nuclear polygedrosis virus (AcM-NPV)and Syngrapha falcifera nuclear polyhedrosis virus(SfaMNPV) as confirmed by light mictoscopy and electron minroscopy. Typical NPV cytopathological changes developed in the cell cultures. Under electron microscope, the virogenic stroma, virions, and polyhedra were clearly observed in the infected cell nuclei. The sizes of the virions and polyhedra of AcMNPV were 27.8±1.83×214.4±33.5nm and 1.82 ±0.33μm respectivly. The polyhedrin crystal lattice of AcMNPV was about 60.7 (?); The sizes of the virions, polyhedra, and polyhedrin crystal lattice of SfaMNPV were 38.1±2.09×306±14.5nm, 1.45±0.1μm,and 70(?), respectively.
