摘　　要：东北老工业基地的振兴是一项艰巨的系统工程。要振兴东北老工业基地,必须按照市场化的方式重建企业之间的产业联系,实现产业集聚.东北老工业基地振兴的标志是产业集聚的形成。Reinvigorate North-east old industry base is a arduous system project.In order to reach the aim,we must reconstruct industry connecting among enterprises which oriented by marketplace.Then we can turn accumulate industry into reality.The mark of restore old industry base is that accumulate industry take shape.
