摘　　要：针对细丝小直径钢丝绳的特点,设计了一套用于对细丝小直径钢丝绳进行断丝检测的系统.运用该系统,研究了细丝小直径钢丝绳的多种断丝形式与对应于这些断丝形式的信号波形.由这些信号波形,可以很直观地看出有无断丝信号以及各种不同断丝形式下信号波形在幅值方面的差别.A nondestructive testing system has been developed for wire break-off detection of ropes with fine wires of small diameter. The waveforms of the signals detected on six typical types of wire break-off have been investigated with the system developed. It can be easily seen from signal waveforms whether there exists a broken wire and ,by the difference in amplitude and rate of change of the signal,the type of break -off can also be determined.
