高效液相色谱法测定泌淋清胶囊中盐酸小蘖碱含量的研究

摘　　要：建立了泌淋清胶囊中盐酸小蘖碱的含量测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法对制剂中黄柏所含盐酸小蘖碱的含量测定进行了方法学研究。本法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 96 .2 % ,RSD 2 .5 % (n =5 )。本法快速、简便、回收率高 。This article studied the determination of assay of Berberine hydrochloride in Cortex Phellodendri by HPLC. The results showed the method is rapid, easy with high recovery rate and precision.The average recovery of sample and RSD are 96.2%and 2.5%(n=5)respectively.
