双极人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨颈骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨双极人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法　对 1995年 1月至 2 0 0 3年 1月采用双极人工股骨头置换治疗的高龄股骨颈骨折 10 4例进行回顾性分析。结果　平均随访 1 5～ 6年 ,6例死亡 ,采用Harris功能评分 ,优 4 0例 ,良 4 4例 ,可 8例 ,差 6例 ,优良率 85 7%。结论　双极人工股骨头置换手术安全性高 ,并发症少 ,关节功能好 。Objective To explore the effects of bipolar femoral head replacement for the treatment of femoral neck fractures in the elderly.Methods From January 1995 to January 2003,104 patients,over 70 years old with displaced femoral neck fractures were analyzed postoperatively.Results Followed up for 3 years and 6 months,according to Harris score,the curative effects were better in 40 cases,good in 44 cases,fair in 8 cases and poon in 6 cases.The satisfaction rate was 85.7%.Conclusion The bipolar femoral head replacement in the elderly is a safe and satisfactory method.
