摘　　要：目的　探讨治疗输尿管肾盂连接部 (UPJ)梗阻的方法。方法　对 15例UPJ梗阻患者采用An derson Hynes肾盂成形术治疗 ,术中肾盂输尿管吻合及引流管的放置根据解剖特点采用吻合口斜形尖部“U”形缝合 ,同时放置双“J”管及肾盂造瘘管引流。结果　全部 15例患者术后恢复良好 ,术后复查B超及IVU显示肾盂缩小 ,肾显影时间正常 ,UPJ漏斗状形态及管腔均似正常。结论　Anderson Hynes成形术为UPJ梗阻最佳术式 ,通过对其操作细节的改良 ,能提高手术成功率。Objective To evaluate the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction.Methods 15 cases of ureteropelvic junction obstruction were processed with Anderson Hynes operation Double J stent and apelvis drainage stent were placed.The ureter and pelvis were sewed up.Results All obstruction was successfully relieved and no nephrohydrosis or stenosis of the anastomosis site had been noted.Conclusion Anderson Hynes operation is an effective method for the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction.The chance of uroteropelvic junction re stricture can be reduced by improving operation technique.
