板式降膜蒸发器系统节能效果分析

摘　　要：　板式降膜蒸发器由于具有传热系数高、蒸发强度大、汽耗低、回水比大、结疤易自行脱落等特点,被应用于氧化铝生产拜耳法种分母液蒸发工序。文章对板式降膜蒸发器的特点和节能效果进行了分析,肯定了这一新型蒸发器的节能效果。Plate model dropping film evaporator has heat transfer coefficient high,evaporating strengthenend large,lower steam consumption,large cycle water and scabbing easy to fall off etc characteristics.The evaporator is applied in alumina production with Bayer method evaporated process sucessfully.This paper analysed energy saving effect and the characteristics of the plate model dropping film evaporator confirned the energy saving effect.
