摘  要:该文对以FC-72为工质的脉冲热管进行了实验研究,采用高速动态采集系统测量了脉冲热管的热力型脉动曲线,并获得了脉动周期,分析了加热功率及倾斜角度对脉动周期的影响.通过实验发现在倾斜角度θ=0°~10°时,脉冲热管传热性能对角度极为敏感,加热段温度随着倾斜角度的增加急剧下降;当θ=10°~15°时,加热段温度反而略有上升;当θ=15°~30°时,加热段温度又缓慢下降;而当倾斜角度θ=30°~90°时,加热段温度变化很小,倾角对传热性能几乎无影响.同时,实验还发现采用非均匀加热方式脉冲热管的传热性能要优于均匀加热方式的传热性能.Detailed experimental measurements of apulsating heat pipe (PHP) were performed, using FC-72 asworking fluid. A high speed data acquisition system was used to detect the temperature oscillations of PHP. The temperatureoscillation periods were obtained. The effects of the heatingpower and the inclination angle on the oscillation periods were analyzed. It was found that the thermal performance of PHPwas very sensitive with the inclination angle varying between0and 10? The temperatures of the heating section weredecreased for the inclination range from 0?to 10, increasedslightly from 10?to 15?, decreased slowly from 15?to 30, and no much differences were identified from 30?to 90. Meanwhile, it was found that the thermal performance withnonuniformly heating is better than that with uniformly heating.
