摘　　要：通过对试点县的乡村医生用药行为的现场研究,发现用药规范化管理的基础薄弱,缺乏必要的制度和 政策环境支持 推行药品统一采购、开发基本药物目录和指导处方,做好用药培训和督导等是规范化管理采取的必 要措施。Through field research of village doctors' prescribing behavior in pilot counties, find that basis of management of prescription normalization is very weak without wupport of rules and policy environment. We should take measures such as purchasing drugs uniformly, developing essential drugs list and standard prescriptions, training and supervising, which are useful and feasible for management of prescription normalization.
