摘　　要：为了快速地确定高炉内软熔带的形状和位置,根据质量传输原理和热量传输原理,结合国内2500m3高炉检测装置的实际情况,建立了软熔带数学模型,并对某厂2500m3高炉进行了分析,推断出了该高炉在不同操作条件下软熔带的形态,并初步分析了软熔带的形状和位置与操作参数的关系.In order to determine quickly the shape and position of the soft melt zone in blast furnace,a kind of soft melt zone mathematic model based on mass and heat transfer theory has been developed.According to the actual circumstance of 2500m^3 blast furnaces in China.With this model,the 2500 m^3 blast furnace in a factory was analysed.Its form and shape has been inferred under different conditions of operations and the relations between shape and position of the soft melt zone and the operation parameters have been obtained.
