遥感技术辅助城市用地分类的研究——以武汉市武昌区为例

摘　　要：以城市用地分类国家标准为基础,应用遥感技术与实地调查相结合的方法,对武汉市武昌区城市用地进行了较系统的分类,完成了该区城市用地现状调查,为该区的城市土地定级估价和管理工作提供了依据。重点研究了应用遥感技术与实地调查相结合的方法获取城市用地分类的信息。以及居住用地、工业用地和商业服务用地的细分类,包括分类指标体系和量化方法的确定以及类别的综合评定。Based on the National Standard of Urban Land Use Classification, we have applied the method of remote sensing techniques combined with the field survey to the systematic classification of urban land use and made a survey of the current state of urban land use in Wuchang proper, Wuhan. And these data are the bases for the assessment, valuation and administration on urban land. The emphases are placed on: 1) applying remote sensing techniques combined with field survey to getting data for urban land use classification; 2) sub-classification of the three main classes, i. e., residence, industry and commerce, aimming at the system of classifying index and the quantifying method, as well as the comprehensive assessment.
