摘　　要：介绍了转杯纺纱机纺复合纱的原理 ,对FA6 0 1型转杯纺纱实验机进行改造纺制了棉氨纶包芯纱。经成纱性能测试与成纱结构电镜照片分析 ,转杯纺包芯纱质量指标达到纺织行业标准的技术要求 。Principle of spinning composite yarn in rotor spinning machine is introduced. The cotton & urethane elastic core-spun yarn is spun by reformed FA601 rotor spinning test machine. By resultant yarn property testing and resultant yarn structure electromicro-video photo analysing, this kind of yarn’s quality index reached technical requirement of textile industry standard. The urethane elastic fibre and staple fibre in resultant yarn interlaced as thread.
