摘　　要：提出了一种全新的智能型环网柜测控保护终端 (RMU)的设计思想和技术实现方案。它从满足配电自动化系统发展的需求出发 ,综合了更多的实用功能 ,能够以整个环网柜开闭所为目标 ,实现开闭所全面的测量、保护、监控以及电能质量分析的功能要求。同时 ,考虑了环网柜开闭所的现场工程应用特点。The Design idea and realization about a new intelligent type of monitoring and p rotection terminal on the operating switchboard at on-off station is recommende d. In order to satisty the demand of development for power distribution automati on. it composes more practical performances, and can, on view of the whole on-o f f station, perform the total requirements about the measurement, protection, mon itoring and quality analysis of electric energy. At the same time, the particula rities in field engineering application on operating switchboard at on-off stat ion of the loop network are considered.
