摘　　要：在现有南瑞调度自动化系统的基础上 ,实现了广西钦州电网的无功 /电压实时控制系统。整套系统集数据通讯、数据库技术、潮流与最优潮流技术于一体 ,并且具有友好的人机操作界面 ,在实际的运行过程中达到了降低调度人员劳动强度、提高电压合格率、降低网损等效果。The real-time control system for reactive power and voltage has been realized i n Qin zhou Power network on the basis of present dispatch System manufactured by “Nan-rui'.It collects up data communication,database technology,power flow an d optimized technology of power flow as a whole, and provides friendly man-mach ine operating interface. so that the requirements about reducing laboring intens ity of dispatcher,uprating the qualification of vol tage and reducing network energy loss may be satisfied.
