摘  要: 文章在自行研制的中试设备上用氨法-水热反应法制备出了氢氧化镁阻燃剂。与氨水法常温产物相比,经水热处理后,晶体的生长方向发生改变,(101)极性面得到抑制,而(001)面显露较多,特征衍射峰强I(001)/I(101)比值明显变大,说明水热处理改变了氢氧化镁晶体的生长习性,生成形貌规则、粒径分布均匀、分散性良好的氢氧化镁六方片状颗粒,并且颗粒粒径长大,比表面积减小。另外,延长水热时间,更加有利于抑制氢氧化镁极性面(101)的发育,改善晶体的结晶性能,提高水热改性效果。The purpose of this work is to investigate the hydrothermal modification of flame retardant Mg(OH)_2 synthesized via MgCl_2-NH_3·H_2O route in a large-scale experimental set-up which is designed by author.Compared with Mg(OH)_2 particles synthesized at room temperature,the regular hexagonal plates of Mg(OH)_2 with uniform particle size and smaller BET surface area were formed after the hydrothermal treatment.The dispersion properties of the hydrothermal products were improved owing to the alteration of growth direction for Mg(OH)_2 crystals,resulting in the increase of I_((001))/I_((101)),which weakened the polarity of Mg(OH)_2 crystals.Also,with prolongation of hydrothermal reaction time,the morphology became more regular,the distribution of particle size became more uniform,and the crystal structure became more stable.
