摘　　要：近几年 ,民用锅炉 (洗浴、制衣、小食品、小油坊、小豆腐、小胶合板等行业使用的锅炉 )爆炸事故时有发生。为减少事故发生 ,从理论和实践上论述了锅炉设计制造过程控制、安全装置选用、水处理、自动控制等技术手段措施以及加强监察工作、整治土锅炉、对操作人员培训、应急预案制订等管理措施。Recently, Explosion of Civil boilers (public bathhouse, mills making clothing, foods, oil, bean curd and factory of glued wood.) happens frequency.In order to reduce such accidents, some technical measures such as process control of design and manufacture, selection and use of safety device, water processing, automatic control, etc. and management measures such as enforcing supervision, rectifying illegal boilers, training operators, establishing emergency program, etc. are discussed theoretically and practically in this paper.
