摘  要:本文提出了扭振特性对局部结构裂纹变化敏感度的概念和数学定义,推导了模态特性、频响特性对曲轴局部结构参数的敏感度公式。通过理论分析和模态测试比较了多个振动特征量对曲轴裂纹的感应能力,推荐扭振模态阻尼(阻尼衰减因子)、频响函数模态峰、自谱模态峰为裂纹故障最佳评判量,并对曲轴模拟裂纹进行了诊断。Based on a new concept on senstitivity of torsional vibration charac-teristics to local structure cracks and its mathematical definition,the formulas for senstivity of vibration mode and frequency responseto local construction parameters were derived.The responsibility ofvarious vibration characteristics to local crankshaft cracks werecompared by theoretical analyses and modal tests.the modal damping(damping decrement factor)of torsional vibration,the model of fre-quency response and the model of power spectrum were supposed to bethe base crack fault criteria and a diagnosis on simulated crank-shaft crack was made.
