摘　　要：目的为我国药品零售连锁企业有效开展人力资源管理提供参考。方法分析药品零售连锁企业人力资源的特点和管理中存在的问题。结果与结论药品零售连锁企业应从人力资源的规划、人员的选聘、人员的培训、人员的考核等4个方面着手进行人力资源的管理。OBJECTIVE:To provide reference information for promoting human resource management of pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises in China METHODS:Analyzing the human resource characteristics and existing problems in Chinese pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Chinese pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises should carry out human resource management in four aspects:making human resource program,choosing the personnel,training the personnel and assessing the personnel
