摘　　要：目的　总结临床路径在我国医院管理中的应用现状。方法　运用计算机文献检索和手工检索相结合。结果　 1 临床路径在我国尚处于研究与应用的起步阶段 ,2 开展对象以外科疾病为主 ,3 取得了较为满意的成果 :缩短住院时间、降低了医疗费用。Objects In order to review the current situation of application on clinical pathway in Chinese hospital administration . Methods Computer and manual literature search . Results: The current status of application on clinical pathway in Chinese hospital administration still in initial phase, the major objects was surgical disease, the results were satisfaction: shortened the admission date, decreased the medical costs, promoted the patient`s satisfaction.
