摘　　要：为促进临床路径在我国医院管理中推广和应用 ,通过对相关文献的回顾 ,分析了临床路径在我国应用中存在的问题 ,并结合医院发展的新形势 ,认为临床路径是管理科学在医院管理中的具体运用、是“以病人为中心”服务理念的具体体现 ,必将促进医院管理机制的转变和有效的提升医疗质量 。In order to impel the application and practice of clinical pathway, this article analyzes the problems of application on clinical pathway, and combines the new situation on hospital development. It is thought that this is the specific application of management science and theories as “patient-oriented” in hospital administration, and it will impel the changes of hospital administration mechanism, promote medical quality, the prospects of clinical pathway will be better and better.
