摘  要:研究了安徽滁州蓝尾石龙子卵在温、湿度分别为 3 0℃、-1 2kPa的孵化条件下 ,胚胎对卵内物质和能量的利用。本研究蓝尾石龙子卵孵化期为 2 1 1d ,卵孵化时从基质中吸水导致重量增加。卵孵化过程中 ,干重、非极性脂肪和能量转化到孵出幼体的比率分别为 5 7 1 %、3 8 8%和 5 2 3 %。新生卵卵壳中5 0 %的灰分、5 9%的钙转移至孵出幼体中 ,胚胎发育所需要的无机物来自卵黄和卵壳。Utilization of egg material and energy by the Blue-tail Skinks (Eumeces elegans) embryos during incubation was studied under the condition of 30±0.5℃ and -12?kPa water potential. Female blue-tail skinks used for this study were collected from a mountain population in Langyashan mountain, Chuzhou, eastern China. The incubation length averaged 21.1?d. The wet mass of eggs increased because of absorbing moisture. During incubation, approximately 57.1% of dry material, 38.8% of non-polar lipids and 52.3% of energy in the yolk of freshly laid egg was transferred to the hatchling. 61.2% of non-polar lipids and 47.7% of energy was used for embryogenesis. Hatchling could obtain approximately 50% of ash, 59% of calcium from the eggshell.
