摘  要:观察了 1 6例不同时间扬子鳄胚胎中脑视叶的组织发生过程。胚胎孵育第 6d ,三个脑泡明显 ;孵育第 9~ 1 0d ,中脑泡可分细胞层和边缘层或纤维层 ,中脑水管未形成 ;孵育第 1 8d,视叶隆起于中脑背侧 ,中脑水管形成 ,视叶分三层 ;孵育第 2 4d ,视叶分 5层 ;孵育第 3 4d ,视叶分化为 6层 ;孵育第 5 1d ,视叶分化为 8层 ,与初生扬子鳄中脑视叶分层相同。This paper describes the histogenesis of optic lobe in 16 Alligator sinensis embryos. The three brain vesicles were observed at the 6th day of incubation. The midbrain vesicle formed cell layer and fiber layer, but the duct of midbrain did not appear during the 9-10 days of incubation. The optic lobe appeared at the back of midbrain and it formed three layers, while the duct of midbrain appeared at the 18th day of incubation. The optic lobe formed five layers at the 24th day of incubation. The optic lobe formed six layers at the 34th day of incubation. The optic lobe formed eight layers at the 51st day of incubation the same as that of newly-hatched A.sinensis.
