摘  要:为达到利用荧光抗体建立一种诊断猪链球菌病的有效方法的目的。先提取兔抗猪链球菌IgG ,用FITC标记并进一步用G5 0过滤 ,制备出兔抗猪链球菌荧光抗体。同时利用吸收试验、特异性抑制试验对自制的荧光抗体进行了检验。结果表明利用自制荧光抗体进行链球菌病的诊断可在 2~ 3h内对链球菌作出诊断 ,比直接镜检更具有特异性和敏感性。试验中发现人工感染小白鼠 2 0h后 ,小鼠荧光抗体染色均呈阳性 ,其中以血液及肺脏中荧光强度最强 ;链球菌荧光抗体染色与葡萄球菌有一定的交叉 。To establish an effective method for diagnosis S.suis infection.We picked up rabbit anti_S.suis IgG,Marked with FITC,filtrated with G_50 adn then we acquired rabbit anti_S.suis immunofluorescence antibody.The immunofluorescence antibody was examined by absorb experiment and specific inhibit experiment.The result showed that by using immunofluorescence antibody diagnosis S.suis infection has higher Specific and Sensitive than direct microscopic examination and can draw a conclusion within two hour.In this experiment we also find that all viscera of Mouse have positive reaction 20 hour after injection with S.suis and the blood and lung have the highest positive reaction.The rabbit anti_S.suis immunofluorescence antibody has a cross reaction with staphylococcus and not with other common pathogen bacterium.
