超声萃取银杏外种皮中白果酸工艺研究

摘　　要：目的　研究超声萃取法萃取银杏外种皮中白果酸的工艺过程。方法　采用高效液相色谱测定萃取液中白果酸含量,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验得到了提取过程优化的工艺条件。结果　最优工艺条件:乙醇的体积分数为75%,料液质量与体积比为1∶30,提取时间为30min,其中乙醇浓度对提取过程的影响最为显著。结论　该方法具有省时、节能和萃取率高的优点。AimTo study the technical process to extract ginkgolic acids in the exotesta of Ginkgo Biloba L. by ultrasonic extraction. MethodsHPLC has been adopted to determine the products. The operation conditions of extracting were optimized by orthogonal experiments.ResultsThe ratio of the exotesta of Ginkgo Biloba L. to 75% ethanol is 1∶30 and the ultrasonic extracting time is 30 minutes. The concentration of the ethanol has the greatest affect to the extraction process.ConclusionThe method can be used to obtain high extraction efficiency at shorter time with less energy.
