摘　　要：本文从活塞的受力状态和流体动力润滑分析着手,建立和开发了能较准确地模拟活塞二阶运动的计算程序。作为实例,运用此程序对S195型柴油机在运行中的活塞侧倾角和裙部上下端的横向运动轨迹进行了数值求解。经与实测对比,结果是令人满意的。此外,文中还对一些主要结构参数的影响也进行了分析。Based on the loading condition and hydrodynamic lubrication analysis,a computer program for simulating the piston secondary movement wasdeveloped.The program was used for S195 diesel engine,as an example,tocompute its piston tilt angle and lateral motion trajectory of the upperand lower ends of piston skirt and the effect of major constructionparameters was analyzed.Calculated results were compared to thosemeasured and satisfactory agreement was accomplished.
