摘  要:目的 探讨高血压患者血压变异性及与一氧化氮和内皮素含量的关系。方法 分别测定高血压组 (n =6 0 ) ,健康对照组 (n =30 ) 2 4h动态血压和血浆一氧化氮、内皮素含量。结果 高血压组血压变异性明显大于对照组 ,且Ⅱ、Ⅲ期高血压大于I期高血压 (P <0 .0 5 )。高血压组一氧化氮低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,内皮素高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。血压变异性与一氧化氮呈负相关 ,与内皮素 1呈正相关。结论 血压变异性增大是高血压病的重要临床特征 ,且能反映高血压病的程度。一氧化氮、内皮素是引起高血压的重要因素 ,血压变异性的大小与NO和ETObjective To investigate the relationship between blood pressure variability and the plasma levels of nitric oxide and endothelin-1 in hypertensions.Methods Sixty hypertensive patients(46±10.3 years old),of which 30 were at stage I and 30 at stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ were enrolled into this study.Thirty normal persons(45±10.1 years old)were included as control group.Twenty-four hour ambulatory blood pressure were monitored and the plasma levels of nitric oxide and endothelin-1 were measured.Results Blood pressure variability was significantly higher in hypertensive group than that in normal control group while that in stage Ⅱ-Ⅲ hypertensions was higher than that in stage I hypertensions(P<0.05).NO level was reduced and Endothelin-1 level was increased in hypertensive group(P< 0.05 ).NO level correlated negatively to blood pressure variability while the ET-1 level correlated positively to blood pressure variability.Conclusion The increasing variability of blood pressure is an important clinic character in hypertensions and the extent of blood pressure variability has correlation with the plasma levels of nitric oxide and endothelin-1.
