摘  要:线性极化技术基本理论是根据线性极化方程式及腐蚀电化学理论,对于双电子反应,Tafel常数ba、bc可选取0 059V。通过现场测定,获得ΔE ΔI曲线,在求出Rp和ic的基础上,根据法拉弟定律,计算腐蚀速度Vc。能否在地热采暖系统中采用线性极化技术,关键要看所得出的Rp图是否符合或近似于线性。在国内地热采暖系统中,首次实现瞬时腐蚀速度的监测,同时也是首次将线性极化技术应用于地热现场的腐蚀研究。Linear polarization has been applied on the monitoring technique of carbon steel corrosion ratio in the developed countries. The foundation theory was created based on the polarization equation and corrosive electrochemistry. As a double electronic system, a number of Tafel constant can be defined to 0.059 V. Thus Rp (polarization resistance), Ic (current) and Vc (corrosion ratio) were calculated based on a cover of ΔE-ΔI, which was drawn through measuring data in the geothermal heating plant. Rp diagram showed that the linear relationship is involved. It can be proved further that the linear polarization technique can analyze the ratio of carbon steel corrosion as a method in the geothermal system.
