摘　　要：介绍了一种控制焊缝熔透的方法.该方法利用视觉传感来对焊缝背面焊接温度场热图像进行实时检测及处理,从而达到控制焊缝熔透的目的.此方法具有检测速度快,动态响应品质好等特点.A method to control penetration of weld is introduced in this paper.The method adopts visual sensor monitoring and captures images of field of welding temperature of back of weld.After processing these images,the method can get its mark to control penetration of weld,which has many merits,including quick velocity of detection and dynamic feedback of closed loop.
