摘  要:采用湿化学法合成出组成为(Ag_(0.9)Na_(0.1))(Nb_(0.6)Ta_(0.4))O_3的复合氧化物,应用TG-DTA,XRD,SEM等分析手段对该陶瓷粉体的制备条件进行了研究。实验结果表明:该瓷粉的合成温度为800℃,灼烧时间3h,晶体为六方晶系,平均粒径为34nm。用传统成瓷工艺在1040-1060℃下制得瓷件的介电常数ε>500,损耗角正切tgδ为4.5×10^(-4)。In this paper, Ag_(0.9)Na_(0.1)(Nb_(0.6)Ta_(0.4))O_3 complex oxide powder was prepared through wet method. The preparing condition was investigated by TG-DTA, XRD and TEM. The result shows that the synthetical temperature is 800℃, the calcining time is three hours, the crystal is hexagonal and the size of the powder is about 34nm. The di- electric constant of ceramic sample prepared under traditional techniques is more than 500, dielectric loss tgδ is 4.5× 10^(-4).
