保肾片治疗160例便秘患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :了解保肾片治疗便秘的临床疗效和不良反应。　方法 :用保肾片治疗便秘患者 16 0例为治疗组 ,用麻仁丸治疗便秘患者 4 0例为对照组 ,对两组进行疗效比较。　结果 :治疗组总有效率为 93.75 % ,对照组总有效率为 85 % ,两组比较有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。　结论 :与麻仁丸比较 ,保肾片治疗便秘有更好的疗效 。Objective: To investigate the clinic effects and side effects of Bao-shen tablet in the treatment of 160 cases of constipation. Methods: 160 patients with constipation were treated by Bao-shen tablets, and 40 patients with constipation were treated by Ma-ren pills. The effect was compared between These two drugs. Results: The overall response rate of Bao-shen tablet was 93.75%. The overall response rate of Ma-ren pill was 85%.The statistic analysis showed P<0.05. Conclusion: The Bao-shen tablet was more effective than Ma-ren pill in the treatment of cases of constipation. Also Bao-shen tablet showed no side effects.
