摘 要:以单性结实的龟井和自花结实的鄂柑1号柑橘品种为材料,对果实的整个发育期的子房(幼果)、果皮和果肉的总钙、可溶性Ca2+含量和Ca2+-ATPase活性进行了测定。结果表明龟井花前至花期子房总钙含量就已很高,花后趋下降,而鄂柑1号花前至花期子房总钙含量相对较低,花后有一显著上升;龟井可溶性Ca2+含量在花期及花后有一明显下降,而对应鄂柑1号在花后却有一显著上升;龟井花前至花期Ca2+-ATPase活性较高,花后下降,而对应鄂柑1号花前较低,花期即始上升;果实增大期内两品种果皮的总钙均趋上升,对应果肉总钙却趋下降;而果皮和果肉的可溶性Ca2+含量和Ca2+-ATPase活性在增大期内均有一明显增长过程或居相对较高水平。Changes of total Calcium, soluble Ca2+ concentrations and Ca2+-ATPase activities of ovary (fruitlet), rind and pulp of fruit from parthenocarpic Kamei Satsuma mandarin (Citrus unshiu Marc. cv. Kamei ) and self-pollinated Egan 1 tangerine (C. reticulata Blanco cv. Egan 1) throughout fruit development were investigated. The results showed : total Ca concentration in the ovary of Kamei was at high level before and during full bloom,and then decreased,whereas that of Egan 1 was in the reversed trend, being at low level before and during full bloom, and significantly higher after flowering; the soluble Ca2+ concentration of Kamei obviously declined during and after full bloom,whereas that of Egan 1 significantly increased after full bloom;Ca2+-ATPase activity in the ovary of Kamei was relatively high before and at full bloom,and declined after flowering, while that of Egan 1 was relatively low before flowering,and began to increase during full bloom; During the stage of fruit enlargement,total Ca concentration continuously increased in the rind of fruit from two cultivars,but that of fruit pulp decreased,whereas soluble Ca2+ concentrations and Ca2+-ATPase activities in the rind and pulp of them showed markedly increasing trends or remained relatively high levels during the period of fruit enlargement.
