摘 要:本课题以城市污水三级处理出水为对象,利用软化除盐-活性炭为主导的工艺进行预处理,以满足火力发电厂锅炉补给水离子交换除盐系统的进水要求.结果表明:处理系统出水的CODMn、浊度、色度、余氯、细菌总数、重金属等指标均能达到目标要求,活性炭周期为100d,通过除盐除硬度及适当的离子配比调整,完全可使已有的锅炉离子交换系统按原周期运行,为城市污水回用积累了一定经验.Many regions of the world are faced with a shortage of water in the light of increasing population and water demand. Some regions are currently extending the wastewater reclamation and reuse which is a practical, responsible way of augmenting porable water supplies. The best way is by reclamation and reuse of municipal wastewater. In this research, the tertiary effluent (from a municipal wastewater treatment process) is pre-treated, using soften-desalination and activated carbon adsorption. The pre-treatment is necessary in reducing the suspended solids, COD(Mn), colour, heavy metals, bacterial,turbidity, residual chlorine to a level acceptable to the ion-exchange process of the power station in Xi'an city. The working cycle of activated carbon adsorption is 100d.This research proves to be a very useful practice in municipal wastewater reclamation and reuse.
