摘　　要：近年来,在北京城市空间扩展过程中,社会阶层分化已在一定程度上通过居住空间予以表征,居住空间分异现象初见端倪.首先分析了北京市居住空间结构的基本现状和特征,对影响北京居住空间分异的微观因素进行了研究,进而预见,这种分异现象将随城市空间的扩展而日趋深化.In recent years, the differentiation of social stratum accompanying spatial expansion of Beijing has already been characterized by residential space differentiation to certain extent. This paper analyzes the actuality and the characteristics of residential space structure in Beijing. And then, it focuses on main micro-factors that influence the residential differentiation of Beijing. Thus it can be concluded that residential differentiation would be deepened during the process of urban expansion.
