摘　　要：历史上乌俄关系错综复杂 ,乌克兰长期处在俄罗斯的阴影之下 ,既没有民族独立 ,也缺乏民族自性 ,在欧洲地缘政治格局中的战略地位并不突出。冷战后乌克兰的独立极大地改变了欧洲的地缘态势 ,乌俄关系也出现新的变化 ,特别是在北约不断东扩的背景下俄罗斯面临巨大的安全威胁 ,为了拉住乌克兰 ,俄罗斯逐渐形成了对乌克兰的政策选择。The historical relationship between the Ukraine and Russia is quite complicated.Since the Ukraine lived in the shadow of Russia for a long period of time,the Ukraine's strategic position was not noteworthy in the European geopolitical structure due to its lack of national independence and national identity.The independence of the Ukraine after the Cold War has greatly changed the geopolitical situation in Europe,consequently bringing about some new changes in the Ukrainian-Russian relationship. In particular,against the backdrop of the continuous enlargement of NATO,Russia confronts serious security threats.In order to win over the Ukraine to its side,Russia has gradually formed policies to forge friendly ties with the Ukraine.
