摘　　要：目的 为提高IASFT成活率,降低血管危象发生率.方法 对7例IASFT术后血管危象患者资料进行回顾性分析.结果 本组中女性肥胖患者占5例,皮瓣设计不合理占4例,皮瓣止血不彻底招致感染2例,解剖结构不熟悉致损伤供血血管1例.结论Objective To raise living rate of IASFT and to avoide vascular crisis. Methods The data of 7 patients with the vascular crisis after IASFT were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively- Results Five of the 7 patients were the fat women. The design of the skin flaps were not rational in 4 cases. Infection due to the flaps bleeding which were not stopped entirely in 2 cases. The flap vesseles was injured because of unfamiliar with anatomic structure in one case. Conclusion For avoiding vascular crisis after IASFT it might be the key to select the suitable cases and to design exactly a piece of skin flap.
